Linda Kizer, Registered Nurse (Certified in Geriatrics)
Linda keeps Bridge Haven running smoothly. She efficiently supervises the residents care, admissions, medications, and health assessments, as well as the overall cleaning, supplies, menus and groceries. Linda enjoys the lunch hour, when everyone is sitting around the table and sharing stories.
"Bridge Haven residents receive quality one-on-one care, which helps us build close relationships not only with the residents, but with their families as well. "
Kim Stanford, Certified Nursing Assistant
Kim Stanford has been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 28 years and has worked full-time at Bridge Haven for five. A doting mother of three, she manages to find a bottomless well of kindness for our Bridge Haven residents.
Executive Director, Sarah Randolph, says of Kim "She has a lovely gentle nature and we are blessed to have her work at Bridge Haven. She has never uttered an unkind word and takes care of our residents with genuine love."
Kim is extremely modest and it is difficult to get her to talk about herself but she did remark "I take care of my residents the way I would like my mother to be treated."
Kim and her daughter, Madison, celebrate Madison's win in the 3rd Annual Bridge Haven 'Beat the Boss' Bowling Party! She swept the under 18 category and took home prizes and cash.
Keith Lane, Director of Resident Care
Keith Lane leads Bridge Haven’s entire nursing team. Originally hailing from Oklahoma and beginning his professional life as a high school math teacher, Keith realized that his calling in life was to work with the elderly. He obtained his nursing license ten years ago and has spent the past nine in long-term care. He is married to Kathryn and has four daughters from a baby to a teenager.
Keith says he likes to work at Bridge Haven because the smaller environment is better for residents with memory care needs and the higher staff to resident ratio means each resident receives more individual attention.
“Our residents are happier and less anxious when their physical and emotional needs are met more quickly and with love.”
